Blackjack is a card game where you compare the card values between your hand and the dealer’s hand. The game is extremely popular as experienced players can actually use the game to their advantage and make larger winnings while reducing their losses. To accomplish this, players use a technique called card counting. Card counting is not allowed in casinos as it essentially counts as cheating if you get caught and you will likely end up forfeiting your winnings and getting kicked out. So, what are the rules of blackjack? In blackjack, you are dealt a hand of two cards just like the dealer and then you must decide whether you will go on or not. Once the bets are placed you must decide whether you need more cards to complete your hand. To win you must beat the dealer’s hand by having a score higher than the dealer’s but lower than 21.

Value of Cards

The values of all the cards are decided by their face values unless state otherwise. For the aces, you can decide whether they will be 1 or 11 while court cards all be worth 10 points.
